To complete your booking a deposit of €300 is required (payable via the Booking Form). Please note, your booking will only be confirmed subject to receiving your deposit. The deposit is part of the total fee due. For example, if you made a booking for €1,500, you pay a deposit of €300 to secure your place. To complete your booking you'll need to pay an additional €1,200 latest 6 weeks before the start of the retreat. Full payment (the fee less the deposit paid) is required 6 weeks prior to the start of the detox week. It is your responsibility to pay within that time and to let us know of any delays in receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment or notification of payment is not received 6 calendar weeks before your retreat begins. Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Early booking is advisable.

Cancellation policyUp to 6 weeks prior to the start of the detox retreat – 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the detox retreat – 75% of your total payment will be refunded. Less than 4 weeks before the retreat begins - we regret that we are unable to refund any amount. In the event a retreat is cancelled, your payment will be returned in full. |
