Holistic   massage combining different techniques for relaxation and improvement of energy flow

Abianga   whole body massage from Ayurvedic origin with warm sesame oil to relieve tension and re-energise body and mind.

Reiki   healing massage. The hand touch coincides with the seven major chakras (energy centres) of the physical body.

Hot Stones   polished basalt stones are heated and placed along pressure points to help melt away tension, calm and relax. Perfect against stress, deadlines and anxiety.

Reflexology   foot massage to relieve tension and stimulate the lymphatic system and circulation.

Massages range from 45 minutes to 1 hour and cost from 190 - 270 NIS (€36 - €50).
